Excellent Rib Eye, cooked up beautifully
We used the ribeye in a homemade ramen last night and it turned out excellent. Got a really nice crust on the sear, cooked evenly, and the fat content was right where you want it — not overly marbled or greasy, just a clean, well-balanced cut.
