Local delivery only
Southwest Beef Direct hand-delivers orders within our local delivery area in Arizona. We don’t ship through carriers like UPS or FedEx. You can see the zip codes we currently deliver to on our Delivery Area page, and your zip code is checked at checkout.

Delivery schedule
Orders placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM are delivered that Thursday between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the following week. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, or other events outside our control. We’ll contact you if there’s a delay.

Delivery fees
Orders of $200 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders under $200 have a flat $20 delivery fee. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Outside our delivery area
If your zip code isn’t in our delivery area yet, you won’t be able to complete checkout, but we’d love to hear from you. Contact us at welcome@southwestbeefdirect.com and let us know where you are. We’re considering pickup locations in areas with enough interest.

Receiving your order
Your beef is individually vacuum-sealed and packed for delivery. Because it’s perishable, please bring your order inside as soon as you receive it and refrigerate or freeze it promptly. If we aren’t able to complete your delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange another time.
